Are You Excited for Williams Smokehouse BBQ and Blues?

If access to urban adventure is your game, Imperial is the name. Our fantastic location in the heart of Sugar Land grants access to premier shopping, numerous entertainment options and delicious dining — including Williams Smokehouse BBQ and Blues, opening this summer.

Pitmaster and co-owner Kennis Williams has paired up with marketing and promotions specialist Furrest Greenwood to bring mouthwatering barbecue and live blues music to Sugar Land Town Center.

A wood-burning, rotisserie smoker from M&M BBQ Company will turn out delicious smoked meats in the 5,500-square-foot restaurant. The planned menu includes smoked turkey legs stuffed with dirty rice and topped with shrimp and sausage alfredo sauce; homemade armadillo eggs made with homemade sausage, wrapped around a smoked gouda-stuffed, bacon-wrapped jalapeño; and "Creole candy" smoked wings.

The restaurant will also boast a patio and a stage where top blues musicians will jam. Read more about Williams Smokehouse BBQ and Blues here.

In addition to the shops and restaurants at Sugar Land Town Square, Imperial residents are close to a weekly farmers market, Triple-A baseball at Constellation Field, the Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center and so much more. Visit us and get started on your urban adventures today.
