Gracepoint’s Garfield Plan is Casually Elegant
The definition of elegance on the East Coast is the stately Brownstone. In Imperial, Gracepoint Homes has given the design a Southwestern twist, as demonstrated by the casual sophistication of the builder’s Garfield floor plan.
The three-story design keeps the wide steps and lush amenities found in the typical Brownstone and layers it with spectacular features such as second- and third-floor balconies as well as inviting features, including an open-concept family room, informal dining area and well-equipped kitchen.
The first floor of the design offers cozy guest suite and a large home office for taking Zoom calls and working without interruptions. The heart of the home is on the second floor where guests can sit at the kitchen island while sipping an excellent Cabernet drawn from the homeowner’s wine grotto. If preferred, guests can take their glass through the game room and out onto the balcony.
Living quarters are on the third floor. Here, the oversized primary suite offers private access to the third-floor balcony. The en suite bath sports a garden tub, oversized shower, dual sinks and an enormous walking closet. No need to cart laundry downstairs, the closet provides access to the third-floor utility room.
Actually, there is no need to traipse downstairs at all as the floor plans allow buyers to opt for an elevator.
The Garfield is one of three townhomes offered by Gracepoint in Imperial. Homes are priced from the $680,000s. Each plan is different, with some offering spacious front porches and dual balconies. All include three-car garages. Come see them today.
