Sugar Land's Sweet History Now Includes New Darling Homes Neighborhood

 Darling Homes has brought its popular patio home collection to Sugar Land's newest community, Imperial.

The Houston homebuilder, known for its thoughtfully designed patio home collections, is bringing seven of its best floor plans to the 716-acre lakeside community.

Imperial is one of the last remaining developments in the prestigious Fort Bend area, and is located less than 20 miles southwest of Houston between Highway 6 and Highway 90A.
Imperial will feature Mediterranean-designed homes in Darling's distinctive patio home collection renowned for its ample covered porches and luxurious master suites. Imperial will offer living spaces ranging from approximately 2,600 to more than 3,800 square feet.

Up to three bedrooms and three baths will be available in each patio home, along with covered porches, plenty of entertaining spaces and even optional outdoor living spaces. Homes start in the $550,000s.

Houston real estate veteran Jenna Sidenstricker will assist homebuyers in selecting the perfect home for them. Sidenstricker has spent almost a decade helping buyers select and create homes that match their needs and desires.

There will be plenty to do and see at Imperial, too. For the outdoorsy type, Oyster Creek Park is a three-mile trail with rocky waterfalls and streams to hike beside. Sports fans will love the proximity of Imperial to Constellation Field, home of the Sugar Land Skeeters Atlantic League baseball team.

Sugar Land Town Square is located just off Highway 6, and there homebuyers will be able to eat, play, exercise and shop all in one place. With dozens of boutiques and retail shops, fine and casual dining options and yoga and fitness studios, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
